Drew has over 30 years of finance experience, Mr. Walker has been a subject matter expert with advisory, assurance, and tax services, accounting for many successes in steering organizational growth, corporate strategy, and operational excellence. His background in investment banking, mergers & acquisitions, pass-through joint ventures, asset-backed securities, and regulatory compliance helped grow businesses from concept to success at the next level.
He has represented and advised companies to maintain compliance with the Internal Revenue Service, state and international tax authorities, Securities and Exchange Commission, Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, and other regulators. He has filed and prepared form 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 990, 990T, 1041, 706, 709, and other tax forms as well as conducted financial and regulatory audits for various clients. He has created financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions. He also has extensive experience with private equity transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and valuations through preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitchbooks.
Mr. Walker has a Bachelor of Science with Honors from University of Maryland College Park, Master of Science in Accounting Systems from University of Maryland Baltimore, Master of Science in Tax Law from American University, Master of Business Administration from University Chicago Booth School, and Juris Doctor and Master of Laws from Hofstra University. He has over 30 certifications, including Certified Public Accountant, Certified Valuation Analyst, Certified Information Systems Auditor, Project Management Professional, and Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
Drew also has served as a commissioned officer in the United States Navy since 1992
